Peyton Manning: Did You Know

Peyton Williams Manning is a famous quarterback who plays American Football. He was born in 1976. He currently plays for the team named Denver Broncos in the NFL (National Football League). The legacy of playing American Football runs in his family. His father is Archie Manning, the former famous NFL Quarterback. His brother, Eli Manning,  is the popular quarterback of the ‘New York Giants’. He had received the prestigious MVP Award for five times, when he played for fourteen seasons on behalf of the team Indianapolis Colts from 1998 to 2011.

Manning had started playing American Football since his days in high school. He also participated in college football when he played for the Tennessee University during his course as a student over there. In 1997, he led the Volunteers in the SEC Championship during the senior season. In the NFL Draft of 1998, he was picked up by the team  of ‘the Indianapolis Colts’. During the period between 1998 and 2010, he led the team towards eight division championships, a Super Bowl and two times in AFC Championships.

Manning had the privilege to become the MVP of XLI Super Bowl along with five MVPs in NFL. He has various records in his kitty like fourteen Pro Bowls along with the passing seasons of 13 4,000-yards. He had been so much dedicated to the game that he had never missed a game in the whole of his NFL Career till 2011. He missed the whole season because of his physical condition.
