Cavaliers & Raptors Vying for Place in Finals

The Cleveland Cavaliers have their eyes set on the NBA finals for the second year in a row after defeating Toronto Raptors in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals 113-87. One of the most phenomenal players in this game was LeBron James; he scored 33 points, followed by Kyrie Irving, who added 30 points and finally Kevin Love who chipped in 20 points. Teamwork and strategy are the two primary attributes that helped the team win this tight game.

At the end of the 1st quarter, the Cavs led the Raptors by only 6 points. DeMar DeRozan worked smart and hard to give the Raptors 6 points, but that was not enough to emerge the winner in this quarter. In the second quarter, CAVS again extended their lead with 55-41. Again, LeBron managed to chip in 21 points and Kelvin Love added 10 points. Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan managed to score 22 points for their team in this quarter.

By the end of the third quarter, the CAVS led the Raptors with a score of 86-74. Nonetheless, the Raptors did put up a good fight and never gave up throughout the match. At some point, their coach had to call the team to the sideline to provide them with some tips, but that did not do them any good as the CAVS continued to chip in more points as the clock ticked.

In the next match, the Cavs most probable starting lineup comprised of Kyrie Irving, LeBron James, Tristan Thompson, and J.R. Smith. On the other hand, the Raptors probable starting lineup will be made up of DeMar DeRozan, De Marre Carroll, Bismack Biyombo, Kyle Lowry, and Luis Scola.

For the Raptors to emerge the winner, the team needs to come up with new strategies of attacking the defensive and tactical Cleveland Cavaliers. May the best team win!
